Special thanks should go to the visa manager Jananie Nisansala who provided me proper guidelines during the entire process. She helped me a lot in the areas of preparing documentation and selecting a suitable course. Also, I would like to thank Miss. Dhanushki for trained me for a visa call. Her in-depth knowledge about the visa call questions and answers helped me a lot when I getting guidance. Mr. Kosala Pathirana also helped me a lot in preparing the supplementary report.
